Ira Early Years was born from a simple belief — the early years should be filled with wonder, meaningful experiences and the freedom to grow at every child's own pace.
For us, early education is not only about preparing a child for the next class. It is about helping them become curious, confident, kind and capable learners for life.
Ira Early Years has grown from a passion for giving children a childhood that is both joyful and purposeful.
Over the years, we have created an environment where children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, make choices, try things for themselves and learn from real experiences.
We believe that when children feel safe, valued and understood, they are naturally more open to learning.
Not all children learn in the same way or at the same pace. Some learn by touching and doing, Some through stories and conversation, Some through movement, music and imagination.
At Ira, we make room for these different ways of learning while helping children gradually build the skills they need for school and for life.
Our approach brings together four key pillars:
Montessori-Inspired Learning
Helping children become independent, curious and confident through hands-on learning.
Whole Brain Education
Engaging memory, movement, imagination, language and thinking together to make learning meaningful.
Experiential Learning
Giving children opportunities to learn through real experiences, play and discovery.
The HEART Framework
Our own framework, created at Ira Early Years, that places emotional well-being, relationships, kindness and confidence at the heart of learning.
At Ira, we want children to leave our classrooms with more than letters, numbers and facts.
We want them to learn to: Think. Explore. Express. Connect. Care.
Because these are the foundations that help children navigate not just school, but the world around them.
To provide a safe, joyful and nurturing space where every child can explore, learn, grow and become the best version of themselves in their own time and in their own way.

The Heart Behind Ira
My connection with early childhood began when I was a child myself. My own early years began in a Montessori preschool, and that experience stayed with me long after.
Over the years, my love for early childhood grew into a journey of learning, evolving and understanding children more deeply. Alongside Ira, I have continued to grow as an early childhood educator — exploring different approaches, becoming a Whole Brain Educator and creating the HEART Framework to bring emotional well-being and meaningful learning to the heart of childhood.
Today, my passion is simple: To make childhood more beautiful for children and their early years more meaningful and enriching for parents.

The People Behind the Learning
At Ira, we believe the right environment begins with the right people.
Our educators are warm, attentive and deeply involved in each child's learning journey. They observe, listen, encourage and guide — giving children the confidence to explore while knowing that someone is there to support them.
We value educators who see beyond what a child can do today and recognise the potential of what they can become.
